Continuing the theme of potential Buccaneer Boardwalk enemies, this is an Animated pirate hat in the style of zOMG!'s iconic OMGs.

I leaned heavily on the OMG's design, so I wouldn't feel at all right taking complete credit for this one - but I suspect the similarities are obvious enough, for anyone who might be seeing this...
